We may collect your name, company, role, email address, telephone number, industry, enquiry details, information you choose to enter in the Moonboat AI Assistant and subsequent business correspondence. Please do not submit confidential, personal or security-sensitive information during an initial enquiry.
Why we use it
We use this information to record, review and respond to enquiries, assess whether Moonboat can assist, identify information needed for human review, prepare requested proposals, administer a client relationship and protect our legitimate business interests. The Moonboat AI Assistant and other automated tools may answer approved general questions, organise an enquiry or prepare a recommendation. They do not autonomously agree prices, accept contracts, issue proposals or make consequential external commitments. Moonboat keeps human responsibility for those decisions and responses. Where appropriate, processing may also be necessary to take steps before entering into a contract or to perform a contract.
Service providers
We use service providers to host the website, deliver enquiry forms and support business communications. They process information only for those purposes and may operate internationally under their own contractual and legal safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, our legal obligations and legitimate business records. We use proportionate organisational and technical measures to protect it.
