Ling He is the founder of Moonboat and a management consultant. With an MA in Management Consultancy and an academic background in psychology and philosophy, she is preparing to begin a further master’s degree in AI, Ethics and Society.
Her longstanding interest in human judgement, technology and how organisations evolve is central to Moonboat’s thinking: start with the work that matters, use AI with clear human responsibility, and build intelligent systems that are useful, trustworthy and grounded in real business practice.
